:: Notable Kakazai (Loi Mamund) Pashtuns Historical Excerpts – The Kakazai Tarklanri Pashtuns in ‘Tawareekh-e-Hafiz Rahmat Khani’ (تواریخِ حافظ رحمت خانی) – by Pir Moazzam Shah (پیر معظّم شاہ) – Originally Published in 1624 AD and ‘The Pathans 550 BC-AD 1957’ – by Olaf Caroe (First published in 1958) ::

On the Page 184-185 (especially the very first paragraph on Page 185) of ‘The Pathans 550 BC-AD 1957’ (First published in 1958), Mr. Olaf Caroe wrote about a battle between the Yousafzais and the Dilazaks in which Malik Haibu (Dilazak) got killed by a sword blow struck by a Tarklanri named Burhan severing Haibu’s neck at one stroke (Please, see below.).

It is the very same battle which has been mentioned in the book ‘Tawareekh-e-Hafiz Rahmat Khani’ (تواریخِ حافظ رحمت خانی) – by Pir Moazzam Shah (پیر معظّم شاہ) – Originally Published in 1624 – Rearranged with notes by Khan Roshan Khan (خان روشن خان) and Published by Pashto Academy (1976), Peshawar University, Peshawar – by Khan Roshan Khan on Page 89-91 but with much greater detail – way before Mr. Olaf Caroe was ever born.

With reference to the attached excerpts from both books, it becomes very clear that Malik Haibu (Dilazak) was given the first sword blow by Payenda KAKAZAI Tarklanri but it was Burhan KAKAZAI Tarklanri whose sword blow beheaded the Haibu.
